FAQ's


  • On the website, you will browse our collection of gowns and select the gown(s) you would like to rent.

    Choose a date: Select 4 or 8 day reservation option and book your dress.

    • At check-out, select the “shipping” box. The shipping fee includes return shipping fees.
    • Your shipping address must match the credit/debit card billing address.
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

    After checkout, you will receive an email request to upload a photo of your Drivers License or ID card.  

    After confirmation, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

  • Corset dresses and gowns typically fit sizes Small-Large.

    • Robes are one size fits most.
    • Check individual gown descriptions for detailed sizing info.
    • All robes and gowns are tall mama friendly.

  • Shipping costs are not included with the gown reservation.

    • At checkout, you will check the “shipping” box.
    • Shipping fees also include return shipping.
    • For your convenience, a return label will be packaged inside your shipping bag/box.

    You will need to return your gown to the nearest UPS location.

  • Your reservation begins on the day you receive your gown.

    • For example, if your reservation is for March 21 - March 24, the gown will ship March 19th. You will receive the gown March 21.  
    • Return your gown to UPS on or before March 25th.

    If your return date falls on a Sunday, you should return your gown(s) the following Monday.

  • Yes! We ship within the US.

    • After checkout, you will receive an email request to submit photos of both sides of your ID.
    • Billing and shipping address must match.

    At this time, we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

  • Yes, the Pickup/Return days are Thursday and Sundays.

    • Please have your ID and the card used for booking upon pickup.

    The name on your ID must match the debit/credit card on file.

  • Orders can be cancelled up until 30 days before your reservation for a full refund.

    Orders Cancelled after 30 days will receive a credit.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed and prepared for shipment.

    • We offer and highly recommend Our insurance option for $10 per Product. This covers minor wear and tear, lost beads, stuck zippers and small rips along the seams and hems that are capable of being repaired.

  • Maternity Dress Rental Agreement

    This Maternity Dress Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between [J-Oliver Photography], hereinafter referred to as “Company,” and the Customer, hereinafter referred to as “Customer.” By renting maternity dress from the Company, Customer agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions.

    1. Rental Period

    • Duration: The standard rental period is [4] days, beginning on the delivery date.
    • Return Date: Dresses must be shipped back on or before the specified return date. Late returns will incur a daily late fee of [$40] per day.

    2. Rental Fee and Payment

    • Rental Fee: The rental fee for each dress is as listed on the Company’s website. Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation.
    • Payment Method: Payment must be made through the Company’s approved payment provider.

    3. Shipping

    • Delivery: Company will ship the dress to the address provided by the Customer. Shipping costs are covered by the Customer and included in the rental fee.
    • Return Shipping: Company will provide a pre-paid return label for Customer convenience. Customer must use this label to return the dress.
    • Shipping Delays: The Company is not responsible for delays in delivery due to carrier issues or incorrect Customer information.

    4. Condition and Care

    • Condition: Customer agrees to return the dress in the same condition it was received, allowing for reasonable wear. Any stains, tears, or damages beyond reasonable wear may result additional charges of %200 of the retail price of the item(s).
    • Cleaning: Company will handle cleaning after each rental. Customer should not attempt to clean the dress.

    5. Loss, Theft, or Damage

    • Damage Fees: In the event of significant damage (tears, stains, etc.), Customer is responsible for repair costs up to the retail value of the dress.
    • Replacement Fees: In cases of loss, theft, or irreparable damage, Customer will be responsible for the full retail value of the dress, less the security deposit.
    • We offer and highly recommend Our insurance option for $5 per Product. This covers minor wear and tear, lost beads, stuck zippers and small rips along the seams and hems that are capable of being repaired.
    • 6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • Cancellation: Customer may cancel their reservation up to [30] before the rental period for a full refund.
    • No Refunds for Early Returns: If Customer returns the dress before the end of the rental period, no partial refund will be issued.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    • Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the rented dress. Customer agrees to release Company from all liability, including injury or allergies caused by the dress.

    8. Governing Law

    • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Illinois], and any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [Illinois].

    9. Acceptance of Terms

    • By making payment and renting a dress, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
